The training method used by all BiLosophy® communication trainers combines the practical and professional use of the English language with the specific soft skills content of one of our specialist seminars.

By using two mutually compatible trainers, both contexts can be optimally trained and experienced, and a sustainable development in a participant’s skills can be ensured.

Focus on the subject matter and the learner
  • All trainings are related to the individual context and situation of the learner, as well as the subject matter itself
  • The learner’s own personal views of their own profession, their daily work and the outside world are incorporated into the training
  • The learner’s experience and previous knowledge is also taken into account
  • The training is interactive and activity based
  • Acquiring knowledge and ability leads to an acquirement of competence

  • Learning through experiencing
Through their active participation in numerous exercises and role plays, each participant has the opportunity to put their own development on centre stage.

The Feedback Square - Das Feedback-Quadrat®
  • Self reflection through analysis of one’s own performance in a number of exercises
  • How the participants’ performances are seen by the others in the group
  • Intensive video feedback enables the participant to obtain a neutral judgement for comparing how others see him compared with how he sees himself
  • Direct feedback from both BiLosophy® trainers through
  • - the highlighting of existing qualities.
    - the highlighting of concrete scope for personal development that can be practiced during the training itself.
    - suggestions on which steps can be taken after the seminar to make personal changes.

    Following all trainings, participants can…
  • apply all that they have learnt to their professional lives
  • reflect on their own behaviour
  • cope better with demanding situations
  • use the English language more confidently and in a manner appropriate to the individual situation
  • develop constructive and target oriented solutions in all manner of situations
  • call upon a host of techniques, structures and tools to use in various challenging situations
  • recognise personal areas for improvement and implement them
